With the Gas Doctor Testing Service, we provide laboratory analysis of the contaminant levels in your refrigerant to ensure your refrigeration equipment is operating at optimum capacity. We offer accurate identification of unknown refrigerants and contaminants that may be present in CO2, HFC, HFO blends and HCFC’s.

Utilising small samples extracted from the system, our world class laboratory can analyse composition, non-volatile residue, acidity, moisture, chloride, particulates and non-condensables. This enables decision making on corrective actions to prevent damage, costs of replacing refrigerant, driers, and oil and improve system performance.

Results are expressed against the AHRI 700 standard composition and maximum contaminant limits which are the internationally recognised ‘optimum limits’ for refrigerant in a HVAC and refrigeration system.
